- Orders that have not yet been placed with our suppliers are eligible for full cancellation with no charge.
- If your order cannot be cancelled with our suppliers a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the order total will be charged.
- Once your order has been shipped by our suppliers, it cannot be cancelled.
